Scrappers choice awards - Disappointing

Let me start off with a pffffttt

What are DST thinking with this years Scrappers Choice awards...
firstly.. its open voting.. which just allows for people to campaign for votes..
The best page will no longer win.. just the person who either has the most friends or kisses the most ass's.. yeah yeah i know.. but i refuse to go to facebook or twitter.. and i refuse to ask all my family and all my friends to go vote for me.. winners should be voted by a panel and not by anyone and everyone whether they know about scrapping or not..
im happy that the votes i have are just because someone happened to like it..
not because i enlisted digital lists to help me win..

second.. what the hell do they have categories for?
there are pages in each of the categories that DONT meet the criteria.. and some of those pages are actually up the top of the voting ladder.. LOL.. how can someone win a category if their page doesnt fit the criteria?
i cant believe what is happening over there..
not only that.. LO's are going missing then popping back up later..
im being logged out 2 and 3 times a day from DST..

what a shambles it has become..
go have a laugh and read some of the forum about the awards..

the awards have been running a few years now.. and they have always been considered prestigious in the scrapping community.. but.. in my opinion...not any more..
